Six Classroom Block

On October 3, 2025, the Besease community came alive with gratitude, song, and celebration as students, parents, parishioners, and partners gathered to mark the inauguration of the newly completed Besease Roman Catholic Primary School — the second transformative project undertaken by Big Heart of Faith Outreach for the school.
This joyous occasion celebrates more than bricks and mortar; it represents a major step toward providing quality education in a safe, inspiring, and nurturing environment for our children.
A School Designed for Growth
The new Besease Roman Catholic Primary School now features:
• Six fully furnished classrooms, each with 20 dual desks accommodating 40 students comfortably
• Modern washrooms and access to clean water
• A dedicated headmistress’s office
• Facilities intentionally designed to foster learning, growth, and community pride.
A Day of Thanksgiving and Joy
The inauguration was a day filled with joy, unity, and thanksgiving as community leaders, educators, parents, and partners came together to celebrate this remarkable achievement. Students and staff were thrilled to step into classrooms built for success and a brighter future.
Distinguished guests included:
• Rev. Msgr. Matthew Edusei, Vicar General, representing Most Rev. John Opoku-Agyemang, Bishop of the Diocese of Konongo-Mampong, who blessed the new facilities
• Hon. Kwabena Owusu Aduomi, Former Member of Parliament and proud son of Besease, serving as Chairman of the program
• Ms. Flora Arthur, Director of Big Heart of Faith Outreach – Ghana, and Mr. Patrick Ohemeng Awere, Secretary
• The Municipal Education Director, representatives from the Regional Manager of Catholic Education Unit, and other local education authorities
• Rev. Fr. Raphael Amoah Addae, O.P., Parish Priest and Local Manager of Besease Roman Catholic Primary School, together with the Immaculate Heart of Mary Sisters
• Nana Osahene Asebi Antwi II, Kontihene of the Ejisu Traditional Area, and elders of Besease Township
• Ms. Benedicta Blesttark, who led the singing of the National Anthem and lifted hearts with powerful, inspirational songs
The event radiated a deep sense of faith, gratitude, and communal joy — a moment that will be remembered for generations as a sign of God’s providence and the power of collective action.
