The heartbeat of Big Heart of Faith Outreach was inspired by the enduring vision and dream of Fr. Paul to empower children and youth through faith, education, and holistic development. His compassion and service to the poor set a powerful example for generations to follow. His life was a testament to what it means to live out faith through action.
Building on Fr. Paul’s legacy, a group of faith-driven individuals came together to establish this outreach with the belief that education, love, and spiritual support can break cycles of poverty and neglect.
Through years of dedication, and with the help of generous partners and volunteers, we have been able to reach countless lives—offering scholarships, providing infrastructure to some needed schools throughout the Ashanti Region and beyond.
“Love grows here.” This simple yet profound statement reflects our belief that wherever love is planted—through education, support, and dignity—it blossoms.
At Big Heart of Faith Outreach, love is not just a feeling; it’s action, service, and transformation.
Our mission is to transform lives by providing educational support, faith-based encouragement, and practical aid to underprivileged and differently-abled children and young adults in Ghana. We are committed to empowering each individual to realize their God-given potential, become self-sufficient, and contribute positively to their community.

Big Heart of Faith reflects the deep compassion that drives our work and the strong faith that sustains our mission. The name Big Heart of Faith was inspired by a powerful image of two babies—each without arms—feeding each other using only their mouths. Beneath the image were the words: “You don’t need hands to touch someone—but a big heart.” This moment spoke to our founding vision: even when we lack resources, ability, or strength, love and compassion can still move us to lift others. It reminded us that having a big heart is more powerful than having many tools.
Our organization is led by a team of passionate and dedicated individuals who bring a wealth of experience in education, ministry, social work, and community development. We are united by a common goal: to serve with excellence, accountability, and above all, love. Together, we uphold our values and ensure responsible stewardship of our mission.
